I have the “Typical European Head”, but I found that the size medium fits me very comfortably. My past 3 helmets have been (2) POC Octals (size small / a bit tight for me) and a KASK Protone (size medium / a bit too big). In terms of weight, the POC, Kask, and this helmet are very similar, but this PMT helmet is far more comfortable on the chin strap in my opinion. No complaints at all – ventilation was good, cosmetically it’s a very good tone of white and looks flawless. Overall, it is on par with the $200 – $300 helmets I’ve owned. Highly recommend.

The most important thing about a helmet is of course the safety. Having a helmet with built-in MIPS that meets EN standards is great peace-of-mind. The styling of the helmet is also fashionable. If I’m nit-picking, I’d say it’s a tiny bit heavier than my other helmets, but I guess that’s down to the MIPS. The helmet is definitely more “wide” and less “long” but the size L fits me and my 59cm head just fine. The price is also reasonable, about half the price of a similarly-spec’d helmet from a western brand.
